I need someone to install and cable new servers — do you do that?
Yes — rack and stack is one of our most requested services. We rack the hardware, route and dress the cabling, connect power and network, install the OS if needed and test the lot. From a single 1U server to a full-cage buildout.
Do you work at Telehouse / Equinix / Global Switch?
Yes — our engineers are badged and cleared at all major UK data centre facilities including Telehouse (Docklands), Equinix (Slough, Manchester), Global Switch (London), Interxion, VIRTUS and Pulsant, plus regional sites across the UK.
What is a smart hands service?

How is smart hands different from remote hands?
Remote hands covers simple, scripted tasks; smart hands covers skilled work that needs judgement. Power-cycling a device is remote hands; tracing a fault, re-terminating cabling or swapping a card is smart hands.
Is smart hands available out of hours in London?
Yes — DACPROS smart hands operates 24/7/365 across London and the UK. A failed component, a dead link or a stuck deployment can be attended out of hours, with the work documented for your records.
Can you work in my colocation facility?
Yes. Many colos won’t allow your own staff on the floor out of hours, but our accredited, badged engineers are cleared to work in London data centres and across the UK.
