My server is down — can you send someone to the data centre?
Yes — call our London hub on 0333 444 8301 and we'll dispatch an engineer to your data centre. We attend major UK facilities including Telehouse, Equinix, Global Switch and regional sites, 24/7/365. We can reboot, diagnose and swap components on your behalf — you don't need to be there.
I need someone to rack and cable new servers — do you do that?
Yes — rack and stack is one of our most requested services. We rack the hardware, route and dress the cabling, connect power and network, install the OS if needed and test the lot. From a single 1U to a full-cage buildout, we handle it end to end.
Can you be our outsourced data centre team?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are SaaS companies, MSPs and growing businesses that have racks in colocation but no on-site staff. We act as your data centre team on demand — smart hands, builds, maintenance, decommissioning, the full life cycle — so you get enterprise-grade support without the headcount.
What is a smart hands service?
Smart hands is on-site technical support at a data centre or server room. DACPROS engineers act as an extension of your IT department — re-seating cables, swapping components, racking and stacking, running diagnostics and being your hands and eyes on site, available 24/7/365.
Where does DACPROS operate?
DACPROS covers the whole of the UK with engineers nationwide, coordinated from our London hub in Hammersmith. We attend data centres and server rooms across major UK corridors including Slough / M4, London Docklands and the Thames Valley.
What hardware life-cycle services do you provide?
We cover the full equipment life cycle: smart hands, build and deployment, hardware maintenance, project management, decommissioning, recycling, moving infrastructure, RMAs, OEM and EOL/EOSL support, and white-label IT services.
