Accreditations & certifications.

Independently audited, not self-declared. DACPROS holds ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Cyber Essentials Plus — the standards that govern how we protect your data, run consistent work, manage our environmental impact and defend our own systems. Current certificates are available on request.

Quick answer

What accreditations does DACPROS hold?

DACPROS holds ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Cyber Essentials Plus. Between them, these accreditations cover information security, quality management, environmental responsibility and government-backed cyber security — the four things an enterprise procurement or compliance team checks before letting a third party into a data hall.

Every one of these is independently assessed and renewed, not self-declared. If you need the certificates for vendor onboarding or due diligence, ask us and we'll send them over.

The standards

Four accreditations, one accountable partner.

Each standard answers a different question your stakeholders will ask. Here is what each one means and why it matters when our engineers are on your site.

ISO/IEC 27001

Information Security Management

Information security · ISMS

The international standard for managing information security. It means we operate a documented, audited system for identifying risks to your data and equipment, controlling who can access what, and handling sensitive information securely — from the first scoping call through to certified data destruction. For smart hands and decommissioning work inside live environments, this is the certification that proves we treat your data with the same seriousness you do.

ISO 9001

Quality Management

Quality management · QMS

The world's most widely recognised quality management standard. It means our processes are defined, repeatable and continually improved — so the engineer who turns up to your site follows the same audited method every time, the paperwork is consistent, and nothing depends on who happens to be on shift. It is the discipline behind our chain-of-custody records and audit packs.

ISO 14001

Environmental Management

Environmental · EMS

The international standard for environmental management. It means we measure and manage the environmental impact of what we do — particularly the responsible, WEEE-compliant disposal, reuse and recycling of retired hardware. When you decommission through DACPROS, ISO 14001 is the backbone of the environmental due diligence and disposal evidence you can hand to your own stakeholders.

Cyber Essentials Plus

Government-backed cyber security

NCSC scheme · hands-on audit

The higher tier of the UK government's Cyber Essentials scheme, backed by the National Cyber Security Centre. Unlike the entry-level self-assessment, the Plus level adds a hands-on technical audit by an external assessor who verifies our controls are genuinely in place. It demonstrates that the systems DACPROS uses to hold your asset data and coordinate work are defended against the most common cyber threats.

Beyond the company

Accreditations FAQ

The questions procurement always asks.

What accreditations does DACPROS hold?
DACPROS holds ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Cyber Essentials Plus. Together they cover how we protect client data, run consistent processes, manage our environmental impact and defend against common cyber threats.
What does ISO 27001 mean for your clients?
ISO 27001 is the international standard for information security management. It means DACPROS runs a documented, independently audited system for identifying risks to client data and equipment, controlling access, and handling information securely from first contact through to secure disposal.
Is Cyber Essentials Plus different from Cyber Essentials?
Yes. Cyber Essentials is a self-assessment against five core controls; Cyber Essentials Plus adds a hands-on technical audit by an external assessor who verifies those controls are in place. DACPROS holds the Plus level, the more rigorous of the two.
Can DACPROS provide copies of its certificates?
Yes. Current certificates are available to clients and prospective clients on request — get in touch and we'll share the relevant documentation for your due diligence or vendor onboarding.
Do your accreditations cover work outside London?
Yes. Our management systems and certifications apply to all DACPROS work, wherever it takes place. We're coordinated from our London hub but deliver across the whole of the UK under the same accredited standards.
How do these standards apply to decommissioning and ITAD?
They cover the whole asset lifecycle. ISO 27001 governs how we secure and sanitise data-bearing devices, ISO 14001 governs WEEE-compliant disposal, ISO 9001 keeps the audit trail consistent, and Cyber Essentials Plus underpins the security of our own systems handling your asset data.
